You can join GSA Federal Credit Union if you are affiliated with any of the following organizations:

  • Employees and contractors of GSA nationwide
  • Employees of The Institute of Museum and Library Services
  • Employees and contractors of Trust Security Services
  • Employees of National Archives and Records Administration
  • Employees of U.S. Institute for Peace
  • Employees and contractors of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and employees and contractors who work in the EEOC building, U.S. Commission on Civil Rights or Advisory Council on Intergovernmental Relations.
  • Badge holders of any GSA building where the Credit Union has a physical presence

  • Everyone related to a current member by blood, adoption or marriage is eligible to join GSA FCU, regardless of where s/he lives.

IMPORTANT – New Online Banking LOGON Instructions

To log in to the NEW online banking website for the first time, please use the following:

  • Login ID is set to your existing Logon ID.
  • Login ID must be at least (6) digits/characters long. If the logon ID is less than 6 digits long, members must enter the appropriate # of leading zeros to make a minimum of 6 digits/characters to use as their Logon ID.

  • Example:
    The logon ID 12345 should be entered 012345.
    The logon ID of Fall should be 00Fall.

  • Security Code/Password is the last 4-digits of the primary SSN until it is reset.
  • If you are having issues with logon, please call us at 202-876-2121. After hours help is available at 833-679-3243 for logon support between 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. Please note, this call center is located in the Philippines and has been vetted by our core processor.
